Program A: For Those Who Want to Boost Their Energy and Productivity and Slow the Aging Process

For an energy boost, pump My_Power™ Energy Spray1-3 times (or more as desired) into mouth during each meal/drink or simply spray in your mouth and swallow, especially when tired. If you use My_Power™ Energy spray often enough, you might only need one pump at a time to experience its benefits. The number of pumps is very individualized, and you should use your own judgment based on how many pumps you feel you may require on different occasions.

Remember to use My_Power™ Energy spray with each meal and drink, and between meals when you feel tired or “overloaded”. In the beginning, for the first 3-7 days, it is recommended that you use the spray more often--for example, every 2-3 of hours, or even every 30 minutes for weaker people, to build up your energy reserves faster.

Also use My_Power™ Energy spray before workouts, to enhance your performance, or when you need to drive, work long hours or take long walks without feeling tired. If you are one of those very busy people, you do not need to count the number of times per day you take My_Power™ Energy Spray, as you can’t overdose on it. If you do not like the taste of My_Power™ Energy Spray, or it is too strong for you to pump directly into your mouth, we recommend spraying it into a small amount of water and drinking it right away. (The best way, however, is to spray it directly into the mouth.) If you like to drink hot water, you can pour hot water into a thermos, using one liter of hot water and adding seven sprays of My_Power™ Energy Spray. Shake the thermos really well, and then drink the mixture during the day as many times as the chosen program dictates.

To enjoy more restful, peaceful sleep: Take one pump or more before you fall asleep, as some catalysts in My_Power™ Energy Spray help you sleep better.
