For the beginning - can you guess what is the main problem of modern medicine? The lack of money for research? Bad support from the government? The lack of equipment? No, it isn't. Today the average medical doctor receives not more then 3 hours training on nutrition being aware of the fact - our bodies are relying ENTIRELY ON NUTRITION. Aren't we what we eat (including herbs) and drink the vital source of nutrition that most doctors prefer to ignore?

We should face the reality: Medical Society artificially created a situation when knowledge of a regular doctor is limited only to a certain area of the body and for the rest - a doctor is not legally responsible. Is that good or bad? It could be OK if our body would act exactly as a stupid machine (if a disease would have no or only minor relations with other areas of the body). Therefore, any disease always directly or indirectly affects more or less related parts of the body or even the whole body. If a doctor ignores it, his patient can get into real trouble. Practically it happens when a disease has a tight interaction with some other areas of the body, beyond the doctor's specialization (when one disease causes problems in multiple areas).

You can't even imagine how many people suffered from the wrong treatment, because their pain wasn't located in the area the disease location.

• One real example: a man, 57 years old, came to the Coney Island Hospital (Brooklyn, New York) with stomach pain and shortness of breath. Of course, he was directed to a gastroenterologist. The doctor found minor problems in his stomach and started to treat it assuming that they were the only reasons for the patient's complaints.

Because the gastroenterologist, due to the narrow specialization, did not know that sometimes pain from the heart attack could irradiate to the stomach area only. Therefore, he did not pay attention to the heart (I did not even mention his lungs). What was the real cause of this tragedy? Narrow specialization!

• Another case. A woman had a problem with her backbone, but pain was irradiated only to her breast, plus it caused spasm of the breast muscles. Whose "caring" hands did she fall into? Of course, to a surgeon. Not surprising that he mistakenly took a spasm of the breast muscles for an inflammatory process and scheduled an operation. Thankfully, by luck, she found a very good chiropractor before the surgery. That guy made the proper diagnosis, fixed her backbone, so her pain and spasms of the breast muscles disappeared without a trace. No operation was necessary!

Paradox - any doctor knows that any disease has a reason, but when it comes to the treatment of high blood pressure - no one remembers about it and gives patients anti high blood pressure pills as a main treatment. To treat a disease without treating its cause is a very poor tactic. The only normal treatment is normalization of blood pressure with NO anti high blood pressure pills. In other words, the body generates high blood pressure to fight with certain health problems or it helps the body to do whatever it (or mind) wants.

Now, if the body assumed that maintaining high blood pressure is necessary - how will the body react to anti-high blood pressure pills? Simple logic - as a disaster. Why? Because a doctor does not treat the disease properly and does not allows the body to do it by itself.

Normally a doctor, instead of using drugs, should treat a primarily involved organ (it maybe the heart, liver, kidneys, nervous system, vessels, etc.). What will the body do if a doctor will use anti-high blood pressure pills (it means he won't do what the body needs)? No doubt the body will try to increase blood pressure more than it was before to compensate the doctor's destructive (as the body assumes) effort. The body thinks it does it in our best interests and that's what we have in practice - instead of healthy cooperation in a problem resolution - a combat between the body and a doctor.

Plus remember, according to USA statistics each second drug (that you might take) could have dangerous side effects such as heart failure...convulsions...kidney and liver failure...birth defects and blindness" (reported by the General Accounting Office).

A real example of a correct treatment: son of an old woman asked me to see his mother, because her doctor told him that she might pass away in 1-2 weeks from super high blood pressure (240/170). Doctors sent her home to die in peace because they were unable to help her. I found that the main reason for her high blood pressure was the arteriosclerosis of brain arteries. But guess what a side effect have the prescribed to her drugs had? No surprise, it was acceleration of arteriosclerosis. In other words, prescribed anti-high blood pressure drugs in reality had the opposite effect because they made the reason of her high blood pressure worse. I prohibited her to use all anti-high blood pressure pills and instead prescribed a strong treatment against arteriosclerosis with a necessary support for related organs. I will repeat it again: no anti-high blood pressure pills at all! Her blood pressure dropped in three days! I was following up on this woman's treatment for 5 years and she never had even one day of high blood pressure again!

BEWARE OF "TRUTHFUL" INFORMATION.

There was a cleaning woman at the office where I worked. She suffered from frequent attacks of high blood pressure (up to 240/130), but didn't want to have regular treatments except for emergency help when high blood pressure attacks occurred. It was one problem - when it was happening regular treatments had little effect and it took many efforts to bring her blood pressure to a normal level.

After her examination I found the reason for her high blood pressure, it was a psychic dilemma. The biggest desire of her life was simply to suffer. The reason was to have pity from as many people as possible to compensate for the lack of attention (I would say - lack of appreciation). This desire was recorded into her mind as a program to actions. Because people gave her pity only when she had high blood pressure - her body subconsciously was increasing it to fulfill her desire (to get attention). Therefore, regular high blood pressure treatment had little effect, because it did not affect the real reason for high blood pressure - the psychic condition of her mind.

A true treatment for her was to change her sub consciousness and that's what I did using a placebo technique (there are other solutions too). When she came to me with a very high blood pressure 230/120 - I told her that her blood pressure was just slightly higher than normal and gave this woman a harmless pill (sugar pill) that did nothing to her blood pressure, or to her psychological condition. The explanation is not as simple as the action was. Generally the method maybe classified as a way of overcoming the resistance of her subconsciousness. It was anticipated that I would fight with her high blood pressure and was prepared to do the opposite of everything what I was going to do. I will make the keywords bold - the body subconsciously would do the opposite to any treatment I was going to give her. Why? Because the body has a command to increase high blood pressure because the master - her brain, wanted to enjoy pity from people. This desire goes to execution. That's why high blood pressure was raised and that's the reason why regular high blood pressure pills/injections were not effective.

Thus, the body assumed that I would also give her anti high blood pressure pills and prepared to do the opposite to everything I was going to give her. But, when I said her - I tried to lower the blood pressure and did nothing - the body had no object (treatment) to fight with. This is a trick that forced the body to fight against itself. It means I forced the body to fight with high blood pressure that was created by the same body. Who will win? It is obvious - if the body created high blood pressure and was directed to relieve it - the body will do it successfully and fast. The result - no pills/injections with side effects, no high blood pressure.

In this case the doctor's first mistake is that he told the patient her real blood pressure (it affected the cause of her high blood pressure - her mental state); second mistake - he gave her a pill that did not affect the real reason for her disease but went to the conflict with important to her mind interests). Therefore, it drastically diminished the doctor's effort to help the patient. Analogy - imagine a situation - you have a leak in your bathroom. A plumber, instead of closing off the source of leaking, just cleans up your floor. He can only become successful when everything that had to do with the leak was fixed.

Fact - according to the USA and worldwide scientific data, placebo (fake) heart drugs (as all other drugs) work better than real drugs. Why? You may think here that mental condition of patients is more important than theirs physical and that many drugs have unwanted side-effects (the real reasons are too deep to discuss here). Note: the above mentioned placebo trails were made 100% correctly - when nor doctor, nor nurse, nor patients did not know what drugs are real or fake. Fake real drugs had no visible distinguishes from the originals (the same form, color, packaging, etc.). The only exception in the picture of superiority of placebo drugs was morphine. Placebo-morphine was 10% less effective than the original.

CANCER CURE?

There are many other cases when hiding truthful information about a disease combined with a placebo treatment saved human lives (this is unusual for traditional doctors form of a pretty effective therapy, because it may be severely punished by a no-step-aside-from-written-dorms Medical Associations). Why placebo (I would say an informational method of treatment) works? Because our mind is the most powerful thing that we can imagine (recall what yogis can do). If doctors would able to use the full power of our mind - humanity could live without drugs at all.

A real life example, a farmer came to a surgeon. The examination showed that he had cancer in the last stage, and nothing could help him (at that time). As a doctor, the surgeon should have said something to the patient. Therefore, the doctor told him: "Don't worry. It's nothing serious. Take these vitamins and everything will be OK." In one year the farmer came back to the surgeon and ... everything was OK. No signs of cancer at all! Why? Because for a farmer a surgeon is like a God and they believe him 100%. Only 100% belief can mobilize a body to defeat cancer. ... and if a surgeon told him that there is nothing serious - it's a command to the body - there is nothing serious - you can do it (you can get well). The result - the body does its best to make the disease not to be a serious one!

• Think twice before bringing bad news about health to somebody: it's not always good for a person to hear the truth. You never know what your truth may do to a person - diminish his power/will to fight or mobilize the defense forces. Remember - the gamble is your life.

WHEN YOUR HEART ACHE IS NOT A HEART PROBLEM.

One man came to me and told me that he was suffering with heart pain and arrhythmia for many years. His doctor was very little help and could not cure his heart pain and arrhythmia. Now I need to describe what the doctor did to this patient besides prescribing drugs. I'll make it bold - his doctor warned him that if he would be caught under cold water - his heart vessels will collapse and he will DIE. Therefore, the man was 100% sure that he would die if he would get under rain without umbrella. He hoped that maybe I could cure him.

I examined him and found that this was not a heart problem; that was a problem created by unresolved stress. I told this news to my patient - he was shocked; he hardly believed me - how it could it be that his doctor, who he thought was second to God, did not notice this reason and was mistaken about his heart. "What's the cure?" - he asked me. I knew one very effective cure for this kind of stress, but it would be dangerous for a real heart disease - it was a cold shower (a short exposure). However, I offered this anti-stress treatment to my patient because:

First - I was 100% sure that his heart was OK.

Secondly - because being under cold water can defeat the wrong emotional precept the doctor gave to the patient, fears about cold water and his death (it did not match with the reality). Analogy:

Unresolved stress worked as an amplifier of all patients' emotions, including fear. When after stress he felt some feelings in heart area and got arrhythmia - it was not heart pain and arrhythmia but stress pain projected in the heart area instead of being located at the source - his head (headache). The doctor mistakenly decided that pain in the heart area with the combination of arrhythmia was a sign of a dangerous heart problem and made the patient scared. The rest was simple - unresolved stress amplified created by that doctor's fear, and amplified fear amplified pain. Can heart medication cure such disease? - No way.

Here I tell you a little secret: ECG (electrocardiogram) it's not enough to make a proper diagnosis/estimation of a heart problem. It requires an additional tests, like almost unknown seism cardiogram; special pulse analysis, etc.

After two days of thinking, the man came back to me with relatives and said: "My doctor (I am) wants to kill me. He will be guilty in my death" - and ... agreed to try this anti-stress treatment.
